Besides our own products, we supply various kinds of stones from different factories and quarries.
With our educated and experienced inspectors we deal with every steps of the goods from the quarry, through production process, to destination point.
The photos of stones are taken during the production and before loading for sending to the buyer.
Every crate has info card that shows the selection, quality, total quantity, weight and material name. Crates and bundles are made of heat treated wooden materials. There is min. 9 cm space under the crates to lift by forklift. The crates are strengthen by streching with plastic strap.
All the products such as blocks, slabs, tiles and mosaics are weighed before loading to get the exact weights. All loadings are supervised by a staff from our company.
Lashing is done for all loadings, to secure the goods against cracks and breaks during the transportation.
Airbags and dry bag (desiccant) are used according to customer demands.
The shipping documents are completly prepared according to the buyers' requests and we are very carefull to send the documents to the buyer immediately.
All the containers go through fumigation process.
(with methyl bromide 68 gr/m3 for each container)
Selection
Tiles & Slabs are checked according to quality, colour variation, homogeneousness and are seperated as box basis by experienced workers.
Production
All materials are throughly examined and checked during production.
Tiles & Slabs are calibrated, trimmed and polished by high quality Italian Chemicals.
Heat Treatment
The wooden materials, which are used for lashing, go through heat treatment process against insects, mites and other hazardous organisms.
Certificate of Heat Treatment issued by local authorized organization and certifying that, all wooden packing materials have been treated with "IPPC" mark according to ISPM 15 Rules.
Transportation
We are working with professional worldwide shipping companies and sensitive about delivering the goods on time to all ports of the world. We can always check where your container is and give information to the customers. Although we sell the goods in F.O.B terms, we support our clients by taking the best offers from shipping companies
